Work plan

The HOMEREHAB proposal consists of the Tasks shown in the next figure:

tasks

Each of them is divided into sub-tasks. The work plan has a total duration of 18 months. Tasks are strictly interwoven; despite of that, they can be divided in three classes: those oriented to the development of a portable rehabilitation robotic system for home therapy (Task 2), those oriented to the research and development of a wearable patient monitoring system for diagnosis and therapy adaptation (Task 3), and those aimed to develop a tele-rehabilitation interface (Task 4). The overall objective of Task 5 is to show that the technology developed inside this experiment is useful to support the development of home rehabilitation services for post-stroke patients. Finally, Task 1 includes management activities and Task 6 is devoted to exploitation and dissemination activities. Each task is led by a group. The criteria to assign the tasks and leaderships take into account the competences of each group, in such a way that the group designed is a specialist on the assigned task.
